I can’t pick my nose
I can’t scratch my head
I can’t wipe my arse
I can’t play with my nose ring
I can’t even thumb my pie
and worse of all I can't type anymore.

sounds serious - a lot of can'ts. can you tell us why? are you being sarcastic, or can you really not thumb your pie (whatever than means)?
